We offer a £10 diagnostic service to find out what is wrong with your iphone/device. Simply order the diagnostic service send us your device and we will get back in touch with you.

How will I get my device back?
Once your handset has been repaired. We will post your device back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day before 1PM) insured up to £500. You will receive a Dispatch Notification email once your order ships, containing a Royal Mail Tracking number.
