 If you can’t fix my iPhone is there a charge?
If we can’t fix your iPhone then we ask for a £10 charge for our time and effort, however you must cover the cost to return the iPhone (a flat cost of £6.00 applies).

How long does it take to fix my iPhone?
95% of our repairs are completed within 24 hours, but sometimes due to circumstances out of our control we may take a little longer, if there is a delay we will let you know.

Can I drop off my iPhone to the service centre in person?
Yes you can.

Should I send in my accessories with my iPhone?
No these are not required, please only send the iPhone. If you want to send it in the box without the accessories that will also be accepted.

Will you perform repairs on iPhones still in warranty?
Yes we do, however if your iPhone has a fault that is repairable under warranty we would advise you to contact your retailer in the first instance. If they are unable to help we will happily perform a repair.

How should I post my iPhone to you?
We strongly recommend that you use "Royal Mail Special Delivery / Royal Mail Recorded Delivery" service as it will allow you to track your iPhone and insures it in case its lost in the post.

How do i pay for the repair?
The repair is paid for before the is sent, we accept all major Credit and Debit cards which are securely processed via Paypal.

How will you return my repaired iPhone to me? 
Your iPhone will be retuned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All items are fully insured and traceable.

Do you guarantee your repairs?
All our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. If a repair becomes defective for some reason we will happily fix it free of charge.

Do you offer a telephone support service for iPhone?
Unfortunately we don’t offer a support service if you are having problems using your iPhone.

Will I lose the songs and videos on my iPhone when you repair it?
We try our best to protect your songs, videos and data however we can’t guarantee that your iPhone data will remain intact. We recommend that you backup your iPhone before sending it in.
